A gentle, specialist scar therapy session designed to help ease common issues such as tightness, numbness, pulling or puckering, discomfort, limited movement, and firm or fibrous scar tissue. Suitable once the scar has fully healed (usually from around eight weeks).
Sessions are tailored to what your scar needs on the day. I use gentle, non-aggressive techniques to help the tissue soften, reduce discomfort and ease any pulling, tightness or areas that feel firm or sensitive. Work is carried out slowly so the scar and the surrounding tissue have time to respond, and I include approaches that support mobility, circulation and nerve comfort where helpful.
You’ll also be shown simple steps you can use at home to help your scar continue to settle between sessions. As a certified practitioner, you can find my listing and professional profile on the Restore Scar Therapy directory.
Introductory price valid until Christmas 2025.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★... I switched to Hannah and immediately it became clear that I should have been seeing her as a sports injury therapist from day one.
Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and continues to train for a range of qualifications.
My treatment is continuing but she has made an enormous difference in aiding my slow but steady recuperation.CB, Facebook Review
