Massage therapy for active people and busy lives in and around Diss
Diss has a strong fitness and sporting community, and I regularly see clients whose bodies are under strain from training, work, commuting, or simply the demands of everyday life.
For runners, there is plenty going on locally, from Diss & District Athletics Club meeting at The Mere to the nearby Harleston Magpies Parkrun. The area also has a good mix of gyms and training spaces, including Diss Leisure Centre, PureGym Diss, Diss Fit Club, and MG Fitness in Shelfhanger. For team and racket sports, Diss Rugby Club, Diss Town FC, Diss Cricket Club, and Diss Heywood Tennis Club all contribute to an active local scene.
That means people often come to me for help with tight calves, heavy legs, stiff backs, sore shoulders, reduced mobility, recovery after training, or the general build-up of tension that comes from balancing exercise, desk work, driving, and family life.
Massage is not only for athletes, though. Many clients from Diss book because they spend long hours sitting, commute regularly, work physically demanding jobs, or simply want some help feeling more comfortable in their bodies.
