I provide Sports Massage and a range of complementary treatments from my private therapy room in Kenninghall, Norfolk.
Treatments include Sports Massage, Scar Therapy, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, CBD Massage, and Pregnancy Massage, with 30, 60 and 90 minute appointments available depending on the treatment selected.
Whether you are looking for help with recovery, muscular tension, mobility, scar discomfort, pregnancy-related aches, or simply some time to relax and reset, treatments are tailored to your individual needs.
Sports Massage is a hands-on soft tissue treatment designed to help reduce tension, support recovery, improve mobility, and keep your body moving well. Although it is popular with runners and active people, you do not need to be sporty to benefit from it.
Massage therapy can help with muscular tightness, general aches and pains, postural tension, reduced mobility, recovery from training, stress, and day-to-day stiffness caused by work, exercise, or busy routines.
When you book with me, you are booking directly with a qualified, insured therapist who takes a tailored, one-to-one approach to treatment.
I am a Level 4 Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist, qualified in Sports Massage, Scar Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Hot and Cold Stone Massage, with additional training in muscle energy techniques. I am also a member of the Sports Therapy Association and insured through Balens.
Appointments take place in a calm, purpose-built treatment room in Kenninghall, where treatments are adapted to your needs, comfort level, and goals - whether you are seeking focused soft tissue work, specialist scar support, or a more relaxing treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★... I switched to Hannah and immediately it became clear that I should have been seeing her as a sports injury therapist from day one.
Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and continues to train for a range of qualifications.
My treatment is continuing but she has made an enormous difference in aiding my slow but steady recuperation.CB, Facebook Review
Hi, I’m Hannah, a Level 4 Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist, mum, dog-mum, and runner. I work from my private treatment room in Kenninghall, where I offer Sports Massage alongside Scar Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Hot and Cold Stone Massage, and other tailored treatments.
I know that massage can sometimes feel intimidating if you are not especially sporty or if you are booking for a very specific concern. My aim is always to create a welcoming, inclusive space where clients feel comfortable, listened to, and supported.
More about HannahNot at all. Sports Massage can help runners and active people, but it can also be useful for anyone dealing with muscular tension, postural stiffness, physically demanding work, or general aches and pains.
No. While some parts of a treatment can feel more intense, the pressure is always adapted to your comfort level. The aim is to work effectively without making the treatment feel unmanageable.
That is absolutely fine. Treatments such as Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Massage are more relaxation-focused and can be a better fit if you want something calmer and less intensive.
I can help with many common patterns of muscular tension and dysfunction, and treatments are tailored to what your body needs. If something sits outside my scope, I will always be honest about that.
I work from my purpose-built treatment room in Kenninghall, Norfolk, and welcome clients from Diss, Attleborough, Thetford, and the surrounding area.
